Quality and Social Commitment

The company imports coffee from the best coffee-growing areas in the World –Colombia, Brazil, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Uganda, Kenya and India–, making a rigorous selection from each harvest to be able to obtain the best range of products.

We roast, pack and deliver the coffee daily, with the aim of guaranteeing a fresh coffee with all its essence, aroma and flavour.

The Production Process

The production process starts with a selection of the beans in the origin, afterwards the green coffee is imported and storage in a warehouse being weekly dispached.
It passes a strict qulity control, tasting each deliver as its received in the factory.

When roasted , the blend is the next step, our silos system permits to storage per origin which permits to ellaborate the different blends.

 

The process finalizes with the packaging, our bags have a unidirectional valve to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.

The Best Cup

First we select the coffee and create an specific blend. The mill point is an important part of the process to get the perfect espresso. The doses per cup is 6,5-7,5 gr depending on the blend and 90º temperature of the water.
